In order to provide the valuable items to any of parents , We delivery over 190 countries with free shipping.

Are you selling only American Brands Products?

Our collections  focus on mainly Best Selling American Brands which are very popular and common in USA. Additionally,We manage high quality European or Asian Brands as well to provide diverse options.

What are my payment options to place an order?

Nomad Bebe accepts a variety of payment options as below.

Can I change order information?

You can update your order quantity, billing address, shipping address, payment method, and more on your unshipped orders by visiting your account.

Please note: At this time, we are not able to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been shipped.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

If you receive your order and the product is damaged, we will replace it or refund it
However for any other personal reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase,  items may not be eligible for returns or exchange because the return shipping fee would be much more expensive which you should cover by yourself.

How long does it take to have my products?

All in-stock product orders ship out within two business days. During large promotional events and/or holidays it may take 3~ 4 days more to process your order. It takes approximately 2 ~ 4 weeks upon local conditions.

Which shipping company handles my packages?

All Packages can ship via USPS(United States  Postal Service) and Post office worldwide. The package class is PMI( Pirioty Mail international) which includes tracking but not insurance. And typical delivery time is 15 ~ 25 days. 

How is shipping rate to my country?

There is no additional Shipping fee to purchase. We are pleased to provide all products at free shipping worldwide. We hope you enjoy your shopping without hesitate due to the expensive shipping cost. 

Can I track my orders?

We delivery via USPS including tracking number. You will receive an automated dispatch confirmation email once your order is dispatched with tracking numbers. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received any email. You can track the orders at www.usps.com for further information until recieving as well.

Should I handle Customs Clearance?

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Should I have to pay Taxes to purchase your products?

All sales taxes are included. Please be aware that if your order is to be delivered outside of the USA, you may incur additional charges that are out of our control. 

This could be non-reclaimable custom tax as well as administration fees which you should cover by yourself.
